System 2 was missing sidewall sprinklers. Checked piping suppling below sprinklers for sizing and hangers.

Checked system 3 for head spacing.

Missing sprinkler in room 2

One head needs to be changed from an extended coverage to a regular sprinkler in room 21

System 1 over build area are missing sprinklers.

System 1 missing upright sprinklers near the peak above the catwalk.

A temporary occupancy is being given with Mark Sentenno's permission until the remaining filling stations have been installed and inspected as per the approved scope of work. Per Dave Fisher, the general manager of Allied Waste, the should be complete in roughly 45 days. I notified the general contractor the Dave Fisher needs to contact Mark about an operational permit for this facility. Signage was installed and the emergency shutoff switches functioned correctly. FIre extinguishers have been placed.

The contractor was unble to meet me to test the emergency lighting and exits signs. Door hardware needs to be installed on the east side new door as well as having the blinds that are installed over it removed. Emergency lighting will be required for this new corridor as well since it is marked as an exit path. The door the connects the two tenant spaces has not been infilled as shown on the city approved plans nor has the 6' chain link fence been built. Will meet with Darren in the morning for re-inspection.

See the city approved plans for the specific tool (#300) and chamber (A) that was inspected and passed. The remaining tool and chamber will need to be inspected prior to a final on this permit.
