The fire alarm panel was in alarm at time of inspection, repairs/modifications/additions to current fire alarm system are required, informed POC Lori, phone ###-#### to contact a fire alarm contractor to have system updated/repaired before life fire safety can be completed. Egress discharge area located on west side did not have exterior egress illumination, needs to be corrected before next inspection.
