Provide emergency lighting including exit discharge as discussed and repair the non-functional exit signs. Also disable the lock on the door between the lobby and the projector room
BLD08-00512 FIRE-Final Inspection8/28/20088/28/20088/28/2008 3:45:08 PMPFAIL
The duct smoke detectors have not been installed correctly. Per the plans and HVAC schedules they are not required. I gave the contractor the option to either install and test or to remove the duct smoke detectors. All other items are ok.

UG Stub out inspection for the first 20' of 6" pipe passed. This portion of the piping is installed as per the plans. The remaining piping has not been installed.
FIR08-00402 INSP-Sprinkler Rough-in/Hydro8/27/20088/28/20088/28/2008 2:34:27 PMAFAIL
The single head test barely made the 18gpm requirement and the 26.6gpm requirement for the two heads failed. The plans will have to be resubmitted if changes are made that effect piping or hydraulic calculations. Also the piping had not been tented yet.

Life safety passed. The new fire hydrant has been installed roughly 60' to the west of the location shown on the approved plans but both Scott Arlleno and Mark Senteno are ok with it. Per Scott emergency lighting is not required either.
