Dan and I went over life safety requirements for the space. In particular the door/access to the fire sprinkler riser equipment.
FIR12-00384 INSP-Sprinkler Rough-in8/28/20128/28/20128/28/2012 3:23:50 PMPPART
There are three rooms that the walls to go to the deck to provide an enclosed area to operate the provided upright sprinkler or provide a ceiling with a pendant sprinkler or the final option is to meet coverage as provided in NFPA 13 chapter 8. I also found one pendant head located 4" too far from a wall. Piping can be covered except for the problem areas.

BLD12-01775 FIRE-Final Inspection8/27/20128/28/20128/28/2012 2:55:48 PMAFAIL
Inspection turned into a conference. A fire alarm permit is still needed to address the manual pull station at the south exit and also the fire alarm panel appears to be in a alarm, trouble and supervisory condition. This will need to be repaired prior to a final signoff. One of the north exit doors will need the keyed hardware removed and replaced with single action hardware as discussed.
