Grading and drainage completed completed in substantial compliance to approved plan, with 2 exceptions. The driveway was not extended into the adjacent lot and the proposed swimming pool was not built. Both of these reduced the amount of grading and have been approved by the engineer. Therefore the final grading and drainage is approved by Public Works.
