Perimeter controls in place. Silt fence was not trenched in. Contractor removed silt fence and installed wattles. Upon demo of deck, it was discovered that the slopes to canal were not stabilized. Canal work will be performed in the dry and subsequently permanently stabilized. This work is tenatively scheduled for mid September. Construction entrance and concrete washout scheduled to go in 8/30/12. Discussed requirement to have washout a minimum of 50' from canal

Construction activities busted active sprinkler line. Resulted in formation of a gully and an off site discharge at the back (south side) of the property. Upon inspection, repair activities had already been initiated by Symon Co. Confirmed slope stabilization plan with RP
