Permit posted at Shoreline entrance to project. Staging area will be to the northwest of the connector off Shoreline. The length of the site has wattles (double lined in some areas) protecting the river. In grassy areas wattles have been allowed to not be trenched in as to not disrupt the turf. Project will be completed in sections to minimize disturbance. Asphalt is to be dug up, a new root barrier will be layed and the surface will be concrete. Concrete washout will be in the staging area.

Approved. Construction starts Tuesday Sept 2 - and is scheduled through November.
