for Dixie Mae only inpsection for conference..met with jd and discussed that this job is no longer just a change-out of equipment. home-owner was required to have a building permit due to structural changes. i told jd they would need to add supply and r/a as well as comb air to furnace. if they didn't want to continue the job we could final their portion of the work and the home-owner can hire another contractor to bring the rest up to code as is required by the irc. i tried to explain to him this was no longer just a change-out but a remodel and the differences required by the code..dixie

###-####..need 18" clearance from cabinets on both sides of range to counter top..gas shut-off valve at gas range to be readily accessible..comb air termination outside to small due to size of grill and louvers..make sure general contractor has fixed his clearances at range before you recall this..thanks dixie
