Noted items as follows; existing fire sprinkler system deficiencies including system currently out of service, missing coverage below overhead garage doors, stairs to the mezzanine, and two closets. Post door to remain unlocked signage at the main entry, reverse door swing per plan, post illuminated exit signs/EM lights, reverse door hardware at the rated wall, provide current tags on the fire extinguishers, verify offsite monitoring.

Completed hydrostatic testing of the new dry system piping serving the north half of the parking garage. Also finished systems walkthrough and noted items in need of revision, adjustment or repair including missing or overspaced upright protection at four locations, duct and hanger obstructions, three sprigs too far below the deck, one missing EQ brace, one trapped outlet, provide head cage at SW head, one section of 3" main is not yet replaced with galv. Ref. annotations on plans.
