2 SFHs in progress at Tianna Park by Sunrise Homes. No trackout or discharges, inactive/complete areas have had DI bags removed. 1 bag installed on Spinnaker where work is. Workers keeping clean, no trash or litter issues.

Will request that gatorguard wattles in stand windows be removed. Approved.

WIP on foundations and utility installations for apartment buildings in the District @ Parkcenter. No active dewatering at time of inspection. Irrigation ditch was rerouted from the former infiltration/holding pond (which is being drained and replaced per plans) and is flowing into Loggers Creek. There is no significant plume observed and water passes through silt fence barriers, check dames, undisturbed stream bank vegetation and straw wattle. I stated that the discharge should be monitored several times daily turbidity measurements taken when dewatering.

No trackout, construction entrance in operable condition. New wattles have been installed along the project frontage on Parkcenter inside chainlink fence. Fuel tank secondary containment is in good condtion; spill kit on site.

No corrections issued.

All construction complete. Residents have moved into Lusk Place for Fall semester. Large dumpster belongs to Vista Apartments.

Landscaping and hydroseeding is complete. Grass has started to grow well on the east and south of site. Area around Anniversary Inn culvert and DD3 outlet is completey stabile.

Request to McAlvain to remove DI bag on Lusk Street. RP-GC stated he will remove today. RP also stated that he will inform manager to warn students about litter. Lots of non-construction litter on Lusk street observed.
