Fire life safety inspection of new apartment building, including test of exit signs and emergency lighting units throughout the building. Several EM lights need to be repaired/replaced. Also need additionl exit signs in south corridor (all floors) to clearly indicate the direction of egress to the southeast exit stair.

Completion of fire alarm system testing, including test os all HVAC shutdown SDS that were not operating last visit. Tested DP valves in PG, however one system (north side) did not operate correctly. Tested all notification devices in garage that were missing at last inspection.
Fire alarm system testing completed, except for fire sprinklers that need to be completed and retested.

Trip test of dry pipe systems protecting the parng garage. The south system tested OK, wheras the north system did not meet 60 seconds trip test. Suspected some blockage within system. Will retest after the problem is addressed.
