All exit signs inside of tenant space were not illuminated at time of inspection, exit signs are required to stay illuminated at all times. Exit discharge landings do not have emergency egress illumination, exit discharge landings are required to have emergency egress illumination. Exit signs not installed by the two east side exit discharge doors, exit sign in north/south corridor is one sided, due to location of exit sign both sides of exit sign need to indicated exit and direction of travel. More than one door associated with tenant space have double-keyed deadbolts on exterior doors, tenant space allowed one double-keyed deadbolt lock. Interior door hardware in tenant space are paddle type door handles but door handles are not single action, if locked from inside the room doors do not unlock without twisting the lock mechanism on door handle. Fire extinguishers need to be mounted, not less than 4 inches to bottom of extinguisher, not more than 48 to extinguisher mechanism.

Area's where egress lighting was located on the approved city drawimgs were not installed at time of inspection, was informed by the on site point of contact, Dave phone # ###-####, that the lights were damaged on delivery and that they are on order and in route. No fire alarm notification in remodeled tenenat space, checked the adjoining tenant space and corridirs, horns and strobes are in place, contractor needs to contact a fire alarm company, perform a site survey and submit for an FIR permit for alarm addition/modifications.
