Walked the house with an owner, Gavin. The plumbing in the two new baths are ok to cover. The T&P drains on the water heaters need a weep hole drilled in the bottom trapped section of the drain. Gavin agreed to do that. The RP on the water service is out of date for certification. I explained how the closed system effects the water heaters and explained hisoption to remove the RP if the property is changed to residential and would require a permit to remove.
