I inspected the two bays over the mezzanine and found that the hangers and trapeze members are the wrong size. This is the only area I inspected.

See the city approved plans for the locations where the sprinkler piping can be covered. The long branchline located along the north side of the building is now sized at all 2" with a bunch of new pendants. I told Russ that this will have to be resubmitted. This area is not approved for cover especially since there is exposed wood above the ceilings. Per the general contractor the wood will be covered.

This tenant has been occupied so I posted a "Do Not Occupy" sticker on the main entrance door and told the manager that they need to leave after he stated that they did not have their certificate of occupancy. The fire sprinkler permit could not be finaled because no plans were on site and nearly all of the ceiling tile had been installed. Also per the mechanical plans duct smoke detectors are to be installed yet there is no fire alarm permit. Fire extinguishers are also missing. Basically no inspections have been performed.
