Per Jim Danes the replacement sprinkler canopies are on order. The inspection will be called in at a later time.

The remaining second floor rooms at the elevator are ok to cover.

The shell building permit needs finaled prior to this permit being finaled. Per Sam Rogers we do not need to reverify the elevator recall since it has been approved by the State of Idaho elevator inspector but the Area of Refuge still needs inspected. Those two items are required for the shell. Items found wrong on the tenant improvement include: Suite number needs to be provided, repair all of the exit signs and emergency lights as marked on sheet E1.0 and either install the duct dectors as discussed or remove them since they are not shown on the drawings and both units are less than 2,000 cfm and mount the fire extinguisher.

There was no access to the building. No inspection was performed.
