This site is behind 221 Ruby, at 221 1/2 Ruby.
Customer wants an inspection to allow Idaho Power to re-energize this old existing service, (it was supposedly disconnected in 2008).
I know there are issues here but the customer wanted you to inspect and write-up everything that you want corrected, so I can then quote a price to her to make things safe and legal.
