Fire life satey inspection to test new exit signs installed on floors 2-4 to improve egress signage. Also looked at EM lights that were repositioned to improve lighting along the pathway.
Fire lane and signage for the fire access road on the south side not completed yet.
Also had two (2) portable BBQ units removed from the clubhouse patios, as these are not permitted for R2 buildings of Type V constuction.

Final fire alarm system inspection. All system functions and operations tested OK. Could not put into service off-site due to many fire sprinklers still in trouble (valves closed) due to work that needed to be completed. All sprinkler systems are now in service and the FACP is cleared.
System will remain in service from this point on. As Builts were recently submitted to the city for review with some minor changes in SFDs, etc.

Final inspection requested for parking garage permit, however noted dissimilar sprinklers (temp ratings) for several sprinklers located in the stair enclosures. Contractor agreed to inspect all and change out as needed to reflect proper temp. ratings per plans.
Also need signs (2) for exterior hose valves for FD use outside east parking level egress paths.
