As per 338.10(B)(4) SE cable shall be installed as per 334 part 2.
334.10(5)- NM and SER cable OK to be installed in type 1 and 2 construction as long as installed in a raceway rated for these types of construction. As per annex E types 1 and 2 construction wiring methods shall be of non- combustible type. Flexible metal conduit OK. Short runs of conduits or raceways OK as per 300.10 ex1, 300.12, 300.16(B), bushing required where cable emerges for raceway. 250.86 ex2- addition bonding not required.
