The underground flush failed but the overhead hydro test passed. As per discussion the underground supply line needs to be hydro tested at static plus 50psi for two hours.

Herb and I discussed life safety issues. They included removing the two exit signs in the existing exit corridor that directed people to the service shop, placement of fire extinguishers, fire dept access signs at the property entrance and providing verification of hvac shutdown for the 4,000cfm roof top unit.
