Inspected job site--water leaving site appears close to background--suggested to Sommer to position the 2 remaining straw wattles in ditch south of greenbelt. Left message for J. Conger (RP) to clean parkcenter with sweeper, protect d.i and maintain the one protected d.i (parkcenter) and to add drain rock to construction entrance. Reviewed plans and bmp's with p.d. (david bailey) and r.p (greg pulley -- american paving @ ###-####. Wire is needed per narrative behind installed silt fence. Should conditions warrent, additional bmp's to be installed prior to timeframe outline in narrative; i.e. mulch, tracking, silt fencing, straw bales, straw wattles, etc. Will follow up. 8/8/2003 10:26:44 AM

Reviewed plans with Elliot S.--contractor on bmp's needed to construct the new driveway. Also talked to the realtor (Randy Worthington ###-####) who owns the land uphill from this property, informed him additional bmp's are needed to minize erosion and sediment controls--please install prior to next rain event. 8/8/2003 10:51:46 AM
