See city approved plans for locations of additional exit signs and emergency lights and door hardware corrections. Owner needs to take plans back to plan review for approval and changing scope of work to show exiting through the separate tenant. This is due to an overhead door that is used to block the only direct to the exterior exit for the warehouse area. Per Bill Alexander it appears the storage in this building is class 4 and with the information provided by me the sprinkler system is adequate for storage to 10'.
