Responded to ESC complaint of concrete washout in gutter. Pump truck was used as the designated washout facility and it overflowed into the gutter and into the storm drain approx 50 down. At the request of ESC inspector, pump truck company took action to stop the flow of water and make the neccessary clean up actions.
