Met with RP's (Steve Swanson and Ralph) to discuss complaint received from ACHD for heavy amounts of dirt leaving the site due to excavation. Site was in violation and heavy sediment on sidewalks, gutters and street needs addressed immediately. Informed both Steve and Ralph that the site must be cleaned up by the end of the day today or a stop work will be issued. Also discussed the possibility of their RP certifications being revoked if complaints continued to come in or blatant disregard for BCC 8-17 contined to occur. Sediment barriers are needed along the front of the site in addition to the clean-up required. I will re-inspect tomorrow morning.

Responded to complaint from ACHD regarding water being wash off site onto sidewalks and into gutters from stucco work being done. Met with RP on site to inspect; site has been cleaned and I saw no residue on sidewalks on in gutters. Reminded RP that his certification could be revoked or a stop work could be issued if complaints continued to come in. Contacted ACHD (Steve Walker) to inform him of action taken.
