Noted items during initial walkthrough include 1st floor- provide WP notification devices at shower 140 and unisex 117, notification at study rooms 119A and 119B are overspaced, noted two added ID at store room 115 not shown on plans. 2nd floor- provide signage at the FACP room, install a SD at the panel room, TS, PS and FS at the preaction riser are not shown on plans, hall 212A and 212B notification devices are overspaced/obstructed, IT tech room A/V is overspaced. 3rd floor- casual seating area lacks visual coverage, hall 345 is overspaced. Provide record of inspection and testing including a list of signals per fire code review notes. See also items # 2,3, 7, and 33 on review comments. Post accurate map at the panel. Field modifications including two additional ID, 14 relay modules for AHU shutdown, 4 fire sprinkler monitor modules, and 3 DH to be shown on resubmital plans and matrix as discussed.

Scope of fire alarm work completed. Permit final approved.

Fire life safety final inspection passed.

C/N items include; provide one extinguisher at the mechanical room, missing EM lighting at the excercise room, repair exit signs and EM lights at the adjacent exit access. Refer to plan sheet key notes for details and red line annotations.
