Remove the thumbturn from the main entry exit and provide sticker as discussed, provide fire extinguisher on the upper level, repair the exit sign at the main exit, install all door hardware, provide correct address and suite number.

I called the contact phone number there was no answer and the voice mail box was full. I then went to the job site but the only contact was the restraunt manager but he had no city approved plans. No inspection was performed.
