WIP at East Valley phase 2 and road improvements of Highland Valley Roady. At time of inspection there was on a small activity installing stormwater infrastructure and utilities under the new road base for the eastern section of the subdivision. No trackout or discharges occuring.
Correction:
Cut hillside below Highland Valley has been inactive more than 2 weeks and no stabilization throiugh seeding or erosion control mats has occured. Site is currently out of compliance in that regard. Notified RP Jim Conger of the requirements and requesting a schedule for stabilization or BMP installation.
