owner has been working with a civil engineer to devide this property but hasn't been completed yet, he installed a sewer connected to a demoed house up fromt and ran it to the new location and a water service. both are connected to live services and tested. additionally two sewer and water services have been installed to the rear of the property to service future lots, those services are not tied to the sewer and are capped at the sidewalk. one weater service is tied to a meter the other is capped at the future meter location. all are tested, no plumbing permits at this time, will permit when split is approved.
