Noted no fire alarm permit work inspections have been requested or performed to date, also no overhead fire sprinkler rough-in inspections for the AG system have been done or scheduled except for two concealed spaces at two roof dormers, informed GC that TCO's are only approved with the permission of the fire chief.

OH fire sprinkler modifications are approved for cover at the drop ceilings, noted overdue annual inspection for the existing sprinkler system will need to be completed prior to final, permit final also pending ceiling tile and escutcheons.

Approved plans must be on site per condition of the permit, also need to provide as-builts reflecting field modifications, visible notification appliances in the sleeping areas must meet NFPA 72 7.5.4.4.2., need to provide signage at the doors to the FACP, provide key for the lock at the PIV to enable testing, provide map at the panel. Panel batteries, AC loss, sprinkler monitoring(except PIV) tested okay, verifed signals recieved.
