Work is progressing to restore the slope; At the time of inspection 13 feet of geogrid and 3/4 road mix has been placed. Discussed the need to place sediment barriers in misc. locations at the end of the day on the project access road. Estimated completion to place material--two more weeks and it should be close to the end.

10:30 Review ESC plan and discuss final stabilzation measures. Met with general contractor and owner, (Hawkins). Upon completeion of demo of structures & hard surfaces the site will be final graded and then contractor will file NOT (transfered to other filer (Hawkins). At this point the bond may be released (BLD finaled). The ESC will remain open until the ground has been seeded and 70% growth has been established. Informed Hawkins that inspections will need to continue to take place until the site is ready to close, (70% growth). Access controls (concrete barricades) are expected at all access points to reduce any traffic and trackout.
