2. Clean up collected mud at corner of 6th and Sherman.

Report of a Knife River trucking doing illegal washout/dumping on Warm Springs at Old Eckart pull out. Called project manager and visited site for DHE #12 and they are not pouring concrete truck.
Truck reportedly came from east Warm Springs but I was unable to find the origin.
Posted Correction Notice to forbid further washout and clean existing waste at site as well as placing cones in front of area.
Will keep on the case till cleaned. Does not appear to be from this site.

Utility work and rough grading at site appears to have commenced with out ESC or other permits. Checking with planning division to figure out if this was approved.
ESC BMPs are installed; no significant trackout and irrigation canal is protected with wattle and vegetated buffer.
