None of the addressing on the city approved plans matches the actual installed addresses. Also after testing was completed I found the the monitoring account had not been set up and no signals had been received by the monitoring station. The hi/low pressure switch has been programed for alarm and not the required supervisory signal. A map at the facp has not been provided yet. Teh manual pull station was mounted too high but was lowered prior to my leaving the job site.. Phone lines tested ok. Entire system will need to be retested when the monitoring account has been set up.

Glen and I agreed that the manual pull station for the hood suppression system could be mounted at the south wall exit doorway. The manual pull station still must meet IFC height requirements.

Life safety passed. Per Scott and I's discussion the racks do not require a permit since they fall under the square footage requirement. However a racking permit may be required by the building inspector for seismic verification.
