Construction is complete and residents have moved into La Pointe for the school year. Streets and open areas have been landscaped. Stormwater swales are installed for roof top drainage. No materials or loose dirt left on site.

Corrective action to Final ESC permit:
1. Remove temporary BMP storm drain drop inlet sediment bags on La Pointe at corner of Island and also Lusk and Lusk and Dale. Sweep up any cigarette butts/loose sediment in and around storm drain.
Verbal correction to Carl with ESI. He stated he will have them pulled today. Will check back tomorrow afternoon.

Earthwork and dwelling unit mostly complete. Work is in backyard, no sediment leaving site. BLD still open. No further ESC inspecitons necessary. Permit finaled.

BSU Alumni Center is in progress with steel structural beams being erected. The curbing and sidewalk has remained in tact and was improved in some areas making a structural sediment barrier. Sidewalk and gutter are free of loose sediment from site.

Site has chain link fencing and a designated construction entrance with tracking rock. No trackout. Permit sign posted at entrance.

Sprinklers being used on stockpiles around site to control fugitve dust.

No corrections, approved. Well managed site.

Site currently inactive. Hillsides have been tracked, roads, gutters, and storm drains installed. Temp BMPs installed on sections of long slope to capture sediment.

Work complete. Yard landscaped and disturbed native vegetation has been re-hydroseeded. Will continue to monitor. Sidewalk and street surrounding house have been swept. DI still has sediment protection.
