1. #14 wire cannot be mixed with #12 wire.
2. All boxes need grounds tied together with 1 pigtail out for device.
3. Some wires need to be re-located to center of stub. Need to be 1-1/4" away from face of stub.
4. New ground bar added in lower right of panel. Grounds and neutrals need to stay tied together as this is a main service. Add a ground wire jumper from new ground bar to existing ground bar.
