On 1/30/07 we installed a new 200 amp overhead service with a new panel in their new garage. On 1/24/07 we guyed the mast back after they put the roof on. We should have called in for a Final at that time but evidently failed to do so. The owner performed ALL wiring (evidently under our permit WITHOUT our knowledge or permission) and they even called the City to schedule a Rough-In inspection for 9/14/07 which Mike Kinnear performed. Please make sure you charge the owner the Inspection Fees for EVERYTHING except the new service. Thank you, Dan Mitchell @ ###-####.
