210.8- Washer receptacle is located with in 6' of a sink and shall be GFCI protected.
210.12- Level 1 room has closet with clothes rod installed so shall have AFCI protected.
314.20- Where boxes installed in a wall with non combustible materials they shall not be set back more than 1/4" from surface with out box extensions installed. Kitchen counter receptacles.

110.27- All wiring located below 8' shall be protected from physical damage. Horizontal runs of NM cable shall be protected.
210.8(A)(2)- All 120 volt 15 and 20 amp receptacle outlets located in storage shed shall have GFCI protection.
250.32(B)- All non-current carrying metal parts shall not be connected to grounded conductor on load side of main disconnect. Seperate grounds and neutrals on shed sub panel.
250.64- Grounding electrode conductor shall be terminated at service location. Owner stated was going to have Idaho Power terminate them, informed they will not terminate any other conductors not associated with line side.
300.12- PVC from service to shed shall be a complete system. LB not secured to panel. Reducing washers needed and lock nuts and bushing.
334.30- NM cable shall be secured with in 12" of panel terminations.
