Heads in the mud room do not match temp. ratings, one is 155 and one is 175 degree, provide hydraulic calc. sticker at riser. Note of concern, the combined domestic and fire supply line flush prior to connection at the sprinkler riser was NOT witnessed or requested to be witnessed for verification by an inspector, the system has already been charged, contractor claims a flush was performed by the plumbers, contractor to assume responsibility for any possible contaminants in the system due to non-compliance.

A smoke door to separate the new breakroom from the exiting corridor was not installed as indicated on the scope of work, contractor says plans do not indicate this door, waiting on clarification from architect in regards to this issue.
