Homeowner stated they are meeting with landscape architects this week to finalize plans and is also monitoring runoff from his property to make sure it is not cause erosion/sediment runoff. No issues observed.

Trash contained at sites, individual permits posted, concrete washout pit was utilized, and subdivision storm drains have sediment bags.

Correction/Violation:
litter from construction sites has accumulated along the walk way and ditch banks that border the site. Issued correction to pick up all litter. Mostly bottles, cans, cardboard boxes from building materials, and plastic wrappings.

WIP on Hayden Homes in Aralar Park sub. Vegetated buffer and silt fence protection of 5 mile Creek is working and construction is not disturbing banks. Newly installed neighborhood stormdrains have inlet protection that is being maintained. No significant litter issues, sediment trackout, and no complaints received. No corrections at this time.

WIP on frame for building shell. Site has been graded and utilities installed. No permanent stabilization yet, but no trackout, fugitive dust, or sediment runoff occuring.

Perimeter sediment control silt fence is properly trenched and keeping sediment on site to the south along Overland. All surrounding DIs have sediment bags installed. Permits and SWPPP information posted. Rock construction entrance installed at east end of site by active building work. West entrance has been filled in with dirt and currently open to use. Some minor trackout occuring.

- Install stabilized entrance, restrict access, or provide schedule of paving/stabilization.
