Met with a representative from the HOV and then the contractor and RP. To much dirt tracked on the hard surface and the sweeper was not the correct type of sweeper . This sweeper transfered the dirt from the street into the air which resulted to the citizens complaint. The contractor informed me that the need to travel from the main disturbed area to the builidng lot disturbed area is completed and from now on excessive tracking should not be a problem. I reviewed ordinance requirements and that the rock construction entrance should have a top dressing placed over the existing rock.
