Existing asphalt entrance from Boise Avenue will remain. MS4 near entrance is above grade from site drainage area and is large crate. Sediment protection will be regular sweeping of the existing asphalt used as construction entrance. On site storm drains are to be demolished and replaced by permeable pavers in a later phase. During construction water ponds on site and infiltrates in the sandy material.

Some site work is occuring on the west and northwest corner of the River Edge complex. All other areas have been cleaned, stabilized, and grassy drainage swales hydro seeded. Silt fence BMP installed along Greenbelt has been removed.

Staging area is still in use for remaining work. No trackout or discharges observed. DI bags on north side Royal Street will remian until project completion.

WIP on removing old Rodeway Inn asphalt and to build new parking lot behind where the hotel formerly was. Haul off traffic has been restricted to hard surfaces that are to remain. A water truck will be used to keep the surface rinse off to prevent mud getting on truck tires and tracking out to Curtis.

Stormwater runoff is being directed to a makeshift sediment basin and infiltrating. Sheet flow along access drive goes to vegetated strip via curb cuts. Sediment traps at cuts and can be cleaned post construction.
