Final grading has been completed. However, the driveway must be completed and a series of retaining walls in the front yard rebuilt to be in compliance with the zoning ordinance. the applicant has submitted a $10,000.00 bond to ensure completion of the driveway and rebuilding of the walls. Therefore the final grading and drainage is conditionally approved.
