After soil has been re-placed and sheepfooted, two sediment barriers need to be installed to break up the slope. Bonded Fiber Matrix (BFM) to be sprayed from numberous locations to stablized the bare slope. BFM is a combination of water, tackifier, mulch (high rate of application-2,000 lbs per acrea or greater) and seed mix. Inspector 460 will inspect site on Monday morning, 9/21/2009.
