Met with Wetlands and Brighton for discussions regarding site stabilization: Status Report---Wellings creek is being worked including live plantings and hydroseeding directly behind after the final grade is achieved, Barber Station (building portion of the overall development) will be tackified and sediment barriers installed where an adequate green zone barrier/s do not exist, 11 acre site north of Wellings (part of Barber Station) has been seeded, tackified and mulched); The part portion of the Park is or be worked ASAP (topsoil and seed). Area north of the Boise River in high flood area continue to be greened up. With this summary being achieved all the areas will have at least temporary if not permenant stabilization initaliated. Reminded both Wetlands and Brighton that 70% of coverage is required for a site to be considered stable. Inspection is required until at which time all areas are stable and the NOT can be filed.
