This is a partial inspection only. A full inspection can be completed when building plans have been issued. Additioal corrections may be required. 1 provide recertification of the kitchen hood fire suppression system or permit if modifications are required, 2 provide all required fire extinguishers with current inspection tags mounted in a normal path of travel, 3 repair/provide exit signs and emergency lighting, 4 provide single action hardware on the rear kitchen exit door and remove the dead bolt, 5 provide sticker "Door to remain unlocked while building is occupied" at the main exit with the keyed hardware, 6 provide building address on both street sides of the building with atleast 4" high numbers of a contrasting color, 7 provide current occupant load signage.

The main exit shall comply with IFC 1008.1.3.4 for access controlled egress doors, this includes fire alarm tie in and request to exit button. Single action hardware can be provided or keyed hardware with indicator. Repair the exit sign in the large breakroom and provide single action hardware on the exterior exit door from the large breakroom.
