Went over the ESC plan with the RP and discussed over perimeter control that will be required. Also informed him that he does fall under the federal requirements to file an NOI due to being part of a larger commen plan of developement and sale.

Message to RP:
CORRECTION NOTICE.
1. Install sediment barrier along the slopes on the perimeter. (Proctect drainage channel & slopes at the front of lot.)
2. Maintain concrete washout due to being over 50% capacity.
** Failure to comply will result in a Stop Work Order. Will re-inspect on 09/17/2010 3:30pm.

Verbal to RP:
Prior to a storm event, cover the stock pile with visquen or remove sockpile located in the drive way.
