Discussed if a GFCI device is allowed behind an appliance with wheels. If appliance is easily moved GFCI device is ok behind appliance.
Also width of work space required for a panel board. As per 110.26(A)(2) a minimum of 30" or width of equipment is required. Lighting control panel mounted of left wall does not affect work space width of panel in question.
