Grading is in general conformance to approved plans. the following minor items must be completed and for these a $500.00 surety is required.
1-provide record drawing
2-build short retaining wall along uphill side of driveway
3-complete and establish revegetation
4-provide six inch separation between stucco and adjacent grade
5-provide retaining wall at northwest corner of house or regrade to be no steeper than 2:1
