On 1/30/07 we installed a new 200 amp overhead service on their new garage with a new panel inside the garage and Pat Lass Passed it & Idaho Power energized it. On 7/24/07 we returned and guyed the mast back after they had put the roof on. Evidently we failed to request a Final Inspection at that time. Today while auditing my permit account I discovered this. Obviously the owner has performed ALL wiring (except the new service) under my permit without my knowledge or permission. On 9/14/07 Mike Kinnear performed a Rough-in inspection which we did not request. Please perform a Final inspection on my service installation and make certain that the owner is charged for ALL Permitting/Inspection Fees except for the service. Thank you, Dan Mitchell @ ###-####.
