Yard PIV is installed too low, need to provide correct spacing and matched temperature SW heads at the lions den, min. spacing at six upright heads in the kitchen and vending area is exceeded, noted three added heads for exterior canopies have been installed on the antifreeze system that do not show on approved plans, also noted re-routed 2 1/2" main, missing sw stock at the head box, missing outside bell. Forward flow completed okay.
