I left a notice with Judy stating: This permit was failed on 9/22/04. I have followed up twice with the contractor about completing the permit. Once on 8/16/05 and the other on 9/13/05. No action has been taken so far. Owner is being given until October 3, 05 to have permit finaled. If permit is not finaled the hood will be red tagged for shutdown and no cooking will be allowed until the permit has been finaled. A follow up inspection has been scheduled.

Electrical did not shut off on the gas/electric hood when the test link was cut. Could not get power to the electric only hood. Need to retest everything.
