Notice of correction. Left a message with the RP
1. put in perimeter control where need that lots slope towards street.
2. Protect stock pile with erosion control or a sediment barrier.
3. Get approved storm drain protection in the interior storm drain of the project. Clean up all sediment and debris off of all hardsurfaces.
Failure to comply will result in a Stop work order.
Will re-inspect 9/22/08 in the PM.

Have begun to address the issues with the prior inspections.

1. Need to complete the perimeter gaurd surounding the stock pile at the south east end of the project.
Need to add in stakes in the wattle at the west end of project per manufacturors specs.
Install secondary protection or block off storm drain at the south end of the stock pile.
Will re-inspect on 9/22/08

1. Need to install perimeter protection on the Mcmillian and five mile side where the slope are higher that 2% grade.
Clean all D.I.'s within the project and along the perimter of the project.
Will re-inspect on 9/22/08
